Developing a toolbox of strategies to help you manage stressful situations will help you to relax and minimise the negative effects of stress.

A good night sleep has a massive impact on your energy and productivity and performance the next day. Aim for 7 to 9 hours per night

1.Create a pre bed routine to help you relax
2.Switch off the electronic devices 60 minutes before sleep
3.Keep your bedroom at a cool temperature
Water is vital for so many reasons and helps to keep us hydrated.
Not drinking enough leads to dehydration which has been shown to negatively impact performance in physical and psychological tasks – exercise sessions are harder and there is an increase in poor decision making and concentration.
Aim to drink around 2 to 3 litres per day
