Ingredients (makes 4 pizzas):
4 pitta breads
2 cooked shredded chicken breasts
6 tbsp bbq sauce
6 tbsp tomato puree
125g grated cheese
Any other toppings of your choice
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees
2. In a small bowl, mix the shredded chicken and 4 tbsp barbecue sauce until combined. Set aside.
3. In a separate bowl, mix the remaining bbq sauce and all of the tomato puree. Spread 2 tablespoons of the mix onto each pitta. Top with thin layer of cheese followed by bbq mix, more cheese and sliced pepper. Repeat for each pitta
4. Place each pitta on a large baking tray. Bake for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and cut into slices.
