With a number of running events coming up over the next few months such as The London Marathon and Vitality half marathon and based on a number of recent conversations I have had with runners of all levels, it is very clear that nutrition is an area that a lot of people struggle with or are being told some very poor and incorrect advice!
I want to help as many runners as I can by providing evidence based nutrition advice therefore I have created a new page: 'The Running Nutrition Hub' This is open to runners of all levels looking for information and advice about how nutrition can help maximise their running performance as well as health and wellbeing too.
I have created both a Facebook page and Instagram account too where I will be posting regular content such as infographics, recipes and resources to help runners maximise their performance.
