The online nutrition courses are designed for athletes and coaches around how nutrition can support performance goals, manage injury and illness as well as improve health and well-being performance.

The Athlete Nutrition Hub: Fuel the Runner is an online community built for runners to learn, share and develop their nutrition knowledge around training, health and performance. 

This is an online monthly support programme designed for any runner looking to learn more about how nutrition can support their performance. The monthly support includes:

I founded James Fleming Performance Nutrition in 2019 with a goal. To provide elite nutritional support to everyday athletes, enabling them to achieve their goals.

With a master’s from Loughborough University and proudly registered as a Sports and Exercise Nutritionist (SENr), I provide consultancy services to elite and everyday athletes from across multiple sports.

During my career I have specialised in supporting runners in obtaining those extra percentages in their performance to ultimately achieve or smash their targets.
