I founded James Fleming Performance Nutrition in 2019 with a goal. To provide elite nutritional support to everyday athletes, enabling them to achieve their goals.
With a master’s from Loughborough University and proudly registered as a Sports and Exercise Nutritionist (SENr), I provide consultancy services to elite and everyday athletes from across multiple sports.
During my career I have specialised in supporting runners in obtaining those extra percentages in their performance to ultimately achieve or smash their targets.
-
Are you a weekly runner struggling to get a new half-marathon personal best?
-
Or are you taking the big step forward in distance and tackling your first marathon and wanting to achieve a sub-four-hour marathon?
Each day I support members of the public who strive to continue to improve in their chosen sport and showcase how nutrition is often the key ingredient that can unlock the performance they have been seeking.
I look forward to working with you.

TESTIMONIALS
'As an athlete, I'm always trying to gain an edge and take my game to the next level. My nutrition was always something I knew I could improve on, and since working with James, he has given me more knowledge and understanding of nutrition and how it relates to performance, and also given me the guidance and structure to put it into practice. I would highly recommend him to any athlete looking to improve their performance and well-being.'
David Wheeler, Wycombe Wanderers Midfielder
‘James supported our charity by delivering a nutrition workshop to our London Marathon runners. The information he gave was clear and easy to implement, helping our runners understand the importance of nutrition during their training and on race day itself. James is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and approachable. I would 100% recommend his services.’
Steph Giles, RFU Injured Players Foundation
