All webinars are recorded and uploaded to the platform for you to watch back in your own time

One of the benefits of being part of this community is the chance to share and learn from like minded runners looking to improve their running performance. There is a community discussion forum where you can ask questions, share your thoughts and support too.

I have a specific dietary requirement e.g. vegetarian, is this community still suitable for me?
Absolutely! This community is for every runner, regardless of dietary choices. I have numerous resources that cover dietary requirements for vegan, vegetarian and runners with food allergies too


Do I have to sign up for a minimum duration?
There is no minimum time commitment. As part of your membership, you get access to an online course designed to educate runners on all aspects of nutrition to support performance, training and health goals with new content released each week once you are signed up. There is no content released each week.

How will I be billed?
All members are billed automatically on a monthly basis starting from the date you signed up .
