This is for individuals who would like their diet analysed and would like some general feedback as to how to improve their diet.
You will be required to keep a food diary for 4 days. I will then analyse it and provide an in depth report with suggestions for changes.

Body Composition Analysis
Using skinfold measurements is an accurate method for Athletes to track their muscle and fat changes such as throughout their competition season or after having followed a training or nutrition programme. This takes around 30 minutes to complete and you will be provided with a report of your results
